Welcome To Our 8 New Interns

On Monday, April 1st Skyless Games welcomed a group of eight interns through Drexel’s co-op program. This group is made up of two programmers and six artists from Drexel’s Digital Media and Computer Science programs. They will be working with us on our training simulation, Follow the Money, for the next six months. In this period we hope to provide them with both an educational challenge, and an opportunity to make a significant contribution to a product that will ultimately be sold internationally. For us, Follow the Money is more than just a product, it’s a chance to make a difference; and we’re happy to already see that same enthusiasm from our new interns.

Drexel’s co-op program is a really great way for students to get real world experience; and for organizations to get talented young people doing meaningful work. It is truly a symbiotic relationship. This is the first time Skyless Game Studios has taken advantage of this program; however, we’re already impressed with the initiative and involvement of this group. As Drexel Alumni ourselves, the partners already had a pretty good idea of how co-op works at Drexel. But we never expected that our little studio would be able to get such a great group. Looking forward, we’re very excited for the next six months with this group.
